TROY CONRAD the owner of THE HAMPTON CLAM BAKE AND CATERING COMPANY loves to cook and entertain. His passion is seeing his customers happy and satisfied at the end of one of his glorious meals. He sees to every detail from the preparation of the food to the presentation at the table. Troy graduated from Towson University in Maryland with a B.S. degree in marketing. He put himself through college by working in the food industry and has worked for restaurants and caterers from Florida to New York for 21 years with training in all facets of the food industry. As a small boy growing up in East Hampton, he was taught by his grandfather how to clam and fish the local waters. He has a true appreciation for the freshest local seafood and farm fresh vegetables that make the area known. THE HAMPTON CLAM BAKE & CATERING COMPANY was established in the spring of 1999 servicing the New York Metropolitan area and Long Island including the North Fork.
